Aura Escapes are intimate wellbeing retreats created by Pink Aura Healing  a chance to step away from everyday life, slow everything down and spend time reconnecting with yourself.

 

Across the escape, you’ll experience a beautiful mixture of relaxation, connection, creativity, spirituality and personal development. There’s no pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are.

 

Come alone or come with someone you love. Rest when you need to. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Try something new. Meet incredible women. Sit by the lake. Get in the hot tub. Take part in the workshops. Have a moment completely to yourself.

Our Aura Escape takes place in a beautiful countryside setting surrounded by nature, giving us our own little space away from the outside world.

 

During your stay, you’ll have access to beautiful surroundings alongside facilities including a hot tub, sauna and lake  the perfect backdrop for a weekend of slowing down and reconnecting.

Your weekend will include a mixture of planned experiences and plenty of time to simply enjoy being there.

 

Experiences may include:

 

• Reiki

• Somatic dance

• Shamanic art therapy

• Meditation

• Crystal healing

• Feminine energy work

• Personal development

• Connection and group experiences

• Time to relax and enjoy the surroundings

 

You don't need any previous experience with spirituality, healing or any of the activities. Everything is completely beginner-friendly.

🧳 What To Bring

 

We recommend bringing:

 

• Comfortable clothes

• Pyjamas & cosy clothes for the evenings

• Swimwear for the hot tub/sauna

• Comfortable shoes

• Toiletries & personal essentials

• Any medication you require

• A reusable water bottle

• A journal if you have one

• Clothes you can comfortably move in for activities

• An open mind and absolutely no pressure to be anyone but yourself

🤍 Important Information

 

Aura Escapes are intentionally kept small and intimate, with only 7 spaces available.

 

The investment for the full weekend is £300 per person, with a payment plan available of 6 × £50.

 

Activities are there for you to experience and enjoy, but this isn't a weekend of rigid schedules and forced participation. We want you to leave feeling restored  not like you need another holiday to recover from your retreat.

 

You are welcome to attend alone. In fact, you absolutely do not need to know anyone before you arrive.

 

This is a welcoming, judgement-free space created for women to connect, experience something different and have some much-needed time away from everyday life.

 

For one weekend, you don't have to be everything to everyone.

 

You just get to be you.
