Welcome to Pink Aura Healing. By accessing or using this website, purchasing from us, or booking one of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
All content, services, digital products, courses, methods, healings, readings, coaching, events and other offerings provided by Pink Aura Healing are for educational, spiritual, wellbeing and personal-growth purposes.
Due to our vast product range, please allow up to 14 working days for physical orders to be processed and dispatched.
Where your items are already in stock, we will always aim to prepare and dispatch your order much sooner. The 14-working-day timeframe allows us additional time where products need to reach us from our suppliers or require preparation before your order can be completed.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
Postal or courier delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched and is separate from our processing time.
All other offerings are delivered digitally, through booked sessions, programmes, memberships or live events as described at the time of purchase.
Please ensure all information supplied when placing an order, including your email and delivery address, is correct.
2. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Physical Products
If you change your mind about a physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once you've told us you'd like to make a return, you have a further 7 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Where applicable, products must also be unopened with their original seals and packaging intact.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Personalised, customised or bespoke products that have been created specifically for you are non-refundable for change of mind.
Please check any names, wording, colours, selections or other personalisation carefully before placing your order.
Handmade Items
Our handmade products are individually created with care and may have natural variations in size, colour, pattern, placement and finish. These individual variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered faults.
Where a handmade item has been personalised, customised or made specifically to your individual requirements, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds.
For handmade items that have not been personalised or customised, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
Beauty, Skincare & Hygiene Products
Opened, used or unsealed beauty, skincare and hygiene-sensitive products are non-refundable for change of mind.
Unopened and unused products can be returned within our 14-day physical-product return period.
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been supplied, downloaded or accessed.
Where immediate digital access is provided, you will be asked to agree to receiving your content immediately before access begins.
Please make sure you are purchasing the correct digital product before completing your order.
Courses & Methods
Our courses, training and methods contain access to our intellectual property, educational materials and/or digital content.
Once course or method content has been supplied or access has begun, the digital content supplied is non-refundable.
Where a course or programme includes live services that have not yet been supplied, any applicable cancellation rights for those elements will still apply.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order details and photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund.
The exclusions above relate to change-of-mind returns. They do not affect your rights where something is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
3. Spiritual Disclaimer & Age Requirement
All spiritual content, sessions, readings, healings and teachings offered through Pink Aura Healing are spiritual, metaphysical, educational and/or wellbeing-based in nature.
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase or access our spiritual education, courses, methods, practitioner training, coaching, readings, healings or other spiritual services, unless expressly stated otherwise.
By purchasing or accessing these offerings, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
Results and experiences will naturally vary from person to person.
Participation in healings, guided meditations, energy work and other spiritual practices is voluntary and should always be undertaken responsibly.
Spiritual services and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and do not replace medical, psychological or other professional care.
Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding medical, psychological, legal or other professional matters.
Any spiritual or metaphysical properties associated with crystals, energy work or other spiritual practices are provided for spiritual and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical claims.
4. Courses, Services & Digital Content
Courses, programmes, methods, coaching, readings, healings and other services are provided as described at the time of purchase.
Digital products and course materials are for the purchaser's personal use unless Pink Aura Healing has specifically provided additional practitioner, teaching or commercial rights.
Digital products, downloads, course materials, method materials and other paid content must not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, distributed or uploaded for others to access without our permission.
Participation in a course, coaching programme, healing, reading, method or other spiritual service does not guarantee a particular personal, spiritual, financial, emotional or other outcome.
5. Accreditation & Practitioner Training
Pink Aura Healing is proud to offer professionally accredited training and methods where stated on the relevant course or programme.
Where you enrol on an accredited Pink Aura Healing course or practitioner programme, you are required to follow both Pink Aura Healing's practitioner requirements and the rules, standards and requirements of the relevant accrediting body.
Full accreditation information, including the relevant accrediting body and its requirements, can be found on our website.
Accreditation applies only to the specific training, qualification or method stated.
Completing an accredited programme does not automatically give you permission to teach our training, reproduce our course, certify other practitioners, sublicense our method or use our intellectual property outside the permissions specifically given to you.
Any practitioner scope, licence or conditions provided as part of your qualification must be followed.
6. Legal Use of Site & Intellectual Property
You may not use this website, its content or Pink Aura Healing services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
All original Pink Aura Healing content, courses, methods, frameworks, programme structures, workbooks, manuals, training materials, written content, guides, graphics, photographs, videos, digital resources and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Pink Aura Healing unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing or completing one of our courses or methods does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, teach, licence, sublicense or create training based upon our protected materials without express written permission from Pink Aura Healing.
Where practitioner use is permitted, you may only use our materials, methods and intellectual property within the scope specifically granted to you.
Our intellectual property rights continue to apply after your course, programme, membership or practitioner relationship with Pink Aura Healing ends.
Any intellectual property belonging to an accrediting organisation remains the property of that organisation and must be used in accordance with its own rules and permissions.
Any testimonials, reviews, results or experiences shared on this website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same outcome.
7. Liability
Pink Aura Healing will always aim to provide our products and services with care and as described.
We cannot guarantee individual results from spiritual, educational, coaching or personal-development services, as experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions following participation in our spiritual, educational or personal-development offerings.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes responsibility for faulty or misdescribed products, services that have not been provided with reasonable care and skill, or any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy & Personal Data
Your personal information will be handled confidentially and securely in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Information supplied to Pink Aura Healing may be used to process and deliver your orders, provide services you have purchased, manage bookings or accounts, communicate with you and operate our business.

We will never sell your personal information.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing a product, digital item, course, method, service, membership, event or other offering from Pink Aura Healing, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms that apply to your order or booking.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not complete your purchase.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions removes any rights you are legally entitled to.
10. Spiritual & Personal Responsibility
By participating in our spiritual services, courses, methods or education, you confirm that you are willingly choosing to participate in your own personal and spiritual journey.
Our offerings are intended to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, wellbeing and self-development.
Spiritual practices are personal and experiential, and experiences will be unique to each individual.
You remain responsible for deciding which practices, products and services are appropriate for you and for seeking professional advice where needed.
