How to use

Apply your favourite facial oil, serum or body oil first to help your Gua Sha glide smoothly across the skin.

Hold the tool almost flat against your skin and use slow, gentle upward and outward strokes, rather than moving backwards and forwards. Repeat each movement around 3–5 times before moving onto the next area.

Use as part of your morning or evening routine whenever you fancy a little moment of calm.
