As every bracelet is handmade, each one is beautifully unique and should be treated with a little extra care.

Bracelet Care

• Please avoid wearing your bracelet in water, including while showering, bathing or swimming.

• Gently roll your bracelet over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching it.

• Avoid catching, pulling or placing unnecessary strain on the elastic.

• Remove your bracelet during exercise, sleeping or activities where it may be knocked or damaged.

• Store safely when you're not wearing it.

Important Information

Our bracelets are handmade and contain elastic and individual beads, meaning they can break if overstretched, caught, pulled or worn excessively.

For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for bracelets that become damaged through wear and tear, accidental damage, overstretching or improper care.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or has been broken during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. 💗
