1. Client Confidentiality & Privacy

 

Your personal and health details shared during sessions are handled with strict confidentiality and “will not be disclosed… without explicit consent” .

 

2. Spiritual Disclaimer

 

Services are provided in good faith and are complementary in nature. As stated on your service pages:

 

“Pink aura is not a medical or financial institution… not intended to diagnose, treat, cure… any medical or financial condition.”

 

Clients agree to “seek appropriate medical care” when needed and accept that practitioners are “not responsible for any financial decisions” .

 

 

3. Booking & Cancellation

 

Sessions may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours prior.

 

No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

 

 

4. Products & Digital Content

 

Physical items and digital downloads are sold as described.

 

Natural/energetic tools may vary slightly in appearance or effect.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All contentimages, course materials, written content, oracle cards is owned by Pink Aura Healing and is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

 

6. Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Aura Healing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss related to use of products or services.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed under England & Wales law. Disputes are subject to English jurisdiction.
